Bitter Gourd Scrambled Egg - Simple Lunch Recipe!

Super easy and delicious!



What you need:

  • 2 Bitter gourd (square chopped)

  • 4 Organic Probiotic Egg (mixed the white and yellow egg in a bowl)

  • Minced Garlic (as much as you like)

  • 2 Red Chili (optional)

  • Salt, pepper & Powder Mushroom Stock


Steps:

First, heat the oil in a frying pan until it's really hot, then put in chopped bitter gourd, put a lid on your frying pan to get them soggy faster.


Put minced garlic, chopped chili, salt, pepper, and powder mushroom stock, then put the lid back on.


Once the bitter gourd is soft enough, then put in the mixed egg into the pan, mixed them all together. Taste and add more seasoning if you like, cooked them together until the egg is dried up.



Serve with rice! yihaaa....!
