I Found Peace in Preparing My Own Meal - Basic Chicken Soup Recipe

Anybody else feel the same way? While peeling the skin of a ginger, you just feel peaceful and in the flow moment.

Basic Chicken Soup Recipe

  • 2 Onions

  • 3 pieces of 2inch Ginger (no exact measurement here, according to your liking is just fine :))

  • 2 pieces of 2inch Galangal

  • 1 Organic Probiotic Free Range Chicken

  • Mushroom stock (powder)

  • Salt

  • *Optional: 2 Red chili



Steps

After washing the chicken, fry it with oil in the soup pan. Wait until it turns golden, then add the soft minced onions, ginger, and galangal, and sauté them together until golden/caramelized.


Once all is a perfect golden color, put in 1 liter of plain water, powdered mushroom stock, and salt. Put the lid on and just wait until boiling.


Ready to serve with white rice :)
