I believe everyone battles with something every now and then; some battles last for the rest of your life, some just for a season. It might something to do with aspects of our life; whether it is health, a goal, family, friendships, financial, etc.

What I'm doing now with my current experiences is channeling them into writing.

As I looked back, some of the painters that I know have gone through some tough times, and they turned it into paintings. And just shared it with the world. One that I know of is Yayoi Kusama; she's been struggling with schizophrenia since a young age and turned the hallucinations into paintings.

Some of a great piece of music also share a great story behind; one that will resonates with other people story, even before that people realize the story behind. Something about the melody and energetic prints when it first made that will resonates with our story.

Create, not because we have to, but because something needs to come out. Who knows, it may someday help other people go through their own battles :)

Listening to Control while starting this article; this piece is my muse.

The original song was created by Zoe Wees, who is struggling with helplessness and loss of control as she struggles with epilepsy and anxiety. I prefer the instrumental piece better because I don't want to be programmed by the wordings if I keep hearing the song over and over.

If you could create something that will ease up your pain, what would it be?
